IE Blog have a detailed listing of the CSS Changes in the new Internet Explorer 7. Some of the notable points –
- Almost all bugs on PositionIsEverything is fixed
- Other bugs other than PositionIsEverything are also fixed
- They claim to have extended their existing implementation to comply with W3C Specifications
- Added new features
- It also claims of IE’s better support for standards

Some CSS bugs were fixed, but they still don’t comply with all of CSS 2.1.
Oh, and what’s more funnier! IE7 STILL does not know what the tag is. A simple X/HTML tag from 1997, and they still can’t implement that.
